1. What Qualifies for a Return?
Returns are only accepted under these conditions:

Noticeable print flaws (such as blurriness, misaligned text, or smudges)

Incorrect product type or wrong measurements delivered than what was requested

Missing finishing features (like eyelets, hems, or pole pockets)
2. How to Report a Problem
To start a return, please adhere to these guidelines:

Attach clear images taken from a minimum of 2 metres illustrating the problem
We cannot handle returns without photographic proof. All applications will be examined by our team for approval.
3. If Your Package Arrives Damaged
If the package appears damaged upon arrival, do not accept the delivery.
Receiving a damaged package signifies acceptance of the item in its current state and nullifies any return claim for physical damage.
